Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance. You will receive a full refund if you cancel and give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
No Shows
In the event of a “no show” or cancellation within 24 hours of the confirmed booking date, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
Bad Weather
On the rare occasion of your flight being cancelled due to bad weather conditions, we will reschedule your flight at no extra charge or offer a full refund if we fail to find a time that suits you.
